Located at 1310 W Cumberland Rd, Tyler, TX 75703, Cumberland Trails Family Dental operates as a dentist serving Tyler in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Tyler, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across Texas, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.
The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. The most common schedule is 7 amβ5 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (903) 581-5500. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is cumberlandtrailsfamilydental.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Customers rate it 5.0 out of 5 on Google across 268 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded dentists in Tyler.
Tyler is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Traffic in Tyler peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I took my two girls, ages 2 and 4, for a regular check-up. Susan was great with both of them - she explained everything she was doing, showed them her tools and was very patient with them. Dr Williams was also very kind and patient with both girls and did a great job explaining what he was seeing to me. It was a positive experience for everyone!

We love our hygienist here at Cumberland Trails Family Dental in Tyler. Ms. Keeley is gentle and thorough, and she is great with the kiddos! Her and the front staff helped us get Mom and daughter cleanings completed with baby in tow. I am so thankful for their kind encouraging words and even being willing to hold the baby while I finished my cleaning! We ALL had a great time at the dentist. Thank you team!

I had such a great experience at Cumberland Trails Family Dental again! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The office itself is incredibly clean and comfortable. You can tell they run everything in a very organized and streamlined way. Susan and Dr. Denison made the visit feel easy and stress-free! They were kind, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. You can really tell theyβre experts at what they do. Itβs not always easy to find a dental office that feels both efficient and genuinely caring, but this one truly does. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

I always have a wonderful experience at this dental office! The team is warm, professional, and genuinely makes me feel appreciated. Dr. Williams always remembers me, which makes every visit feel personal and comfortable. The space is beautiful, modern, and calming. I love the thoughtful touches, like being able to watch the ceiling-mounted TV or enjoy the view of the East Texas pine trees outside the window while they work on me. It creates such a peaceful, nature-inspired atmosphere. It really helps to ease my dental anxiety. I highly recommend them!
